    1. The 'Purchaser' agrees to pay The 'Seller' the sum of $___ on the signing of this agreement, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and to pay The 'Seller' the balance due on or before [date] or 'Purchaser' agrees to forfeit this amount to 'Seller' as and for liquidated damages for this breach.
